Portuguese smart locker technology company Bloq.it has successfully secured €28 million in Series B funding, representing one of the largest investment rounds ever completed by a Portugal-based startup.
The substantial capital injection will fuel aggressive expansion across European markets while enabling strategic team growth and merger and acquisition activities, according to the company.
The funding milestone comes as Bloq.it demonstrates remarkable financial performance, having processed more than 50 million package deliveries annually through its intelligent locker network.
The company has experienced an extraordinary growth trajectory, reporting an impressive 73,083% cumulative revenue increase since 2021, positioning it as a dominant force in the European logistics technology sector.
Bloq.it’s success stems from its technology-focused approach to parcel logistics and smart locker infrastructure, combined with strategic market expansion across more than 10 European territories.
The company has forged significant partnerships with leading logistics operators including GLS, DHL eCommerce, and Vinted Go, establishing itself as a critical infrastructure provider in the evolving delivery ecosystem.

The Series B investment arrives at a pivotal moment for the smart locker industry. According to industry analysis, Europe’s smart parcel delivery locker market was valued at $213.31 million in 2021 and is projected to reach $531.13 million by 2028 with a CAGR of 13.9% from 2021 to 2028.
Globally, the smart parcel locker market shows even stronger growth potential, with market size valued at $902.6 million in 2023. The market is projected to grow from $1,012.0 million in 2024 to 2,552.4 million by 2032, exhibiting a CAGR of 12.3% during the forecast period.
